You do not need an appointment for your first visit. Walk in during our business hours and we will take care of you. If you prefer to schedule ahead, you can book online.

Walk In or Book Online
You can walk in during business hours without an appointment, or book a time online through our patient portal.
Check In at the Front Desk
Arrive a few minutes early if it's your first visit. Our staff will get you checked in and verify your insurance.
Meet with Dr. Ucheagwu
Dr. Ucheagwu will review your health history, listen to your concerns, and develop a care plan tailored to you.
Prescriptions and Lab Work
If needed, prescriptions can be filled in our on-site pharmacy and bloodwork done without leaving the building.
Insurance Information
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most major insurance plans including United Healthcare, Wellcare, Fidelis Care, Aetna, Cigna, Clover, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Horizon, and Tricare.
