Dr. Hyacinth E. Ucheagwu, MD
Medical Director, Family & Pediatric Medicine
Dr. Ucheagwu leads Urban Medical Center with years of experience in family and pediatric medicine. He provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages, from newborns through adulthood.
Known for taking time with each patient, Dr. Ucheagwu focuses on education and prevention alongside treatment. He is affiliated with Jersey City Medical Center and speaks both English and Spanish.

Urban Medical Center has been providing quality healthcare to the Jersey City community since 2007. Located on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, we have been a trusted healthcare resource for our neighbors for nearly two decades.
As a walk-in clinic, we make it easy for patients to get the care they need without the hassle of scheduling weeks in advance. We also offer telehealth appointments via Zoom for added convenience.
